Angels – Holy Prayer Cards & Medals

Today I would like to take a minute of your time to tell you about a very special donation that was given to me by Ron & Carol.
Ron & Carol have helped me with our Angels work for many years.
They are a very religious family married for over 60 years.
Over the many years of being married, Ron & Carol had collected many prayer cards and special medals at church services that have always been very special to both of them as well as their family.
With Ron being over 90 years old and Carol being 85 years old they both decided that it was time to find a forever home for their special religious collection.
Ron called me on the telephone and explained everything. He said he wanted everything to go to a place where it would really be used and appreciated as the collection was special to his family.
I told him that I knew of a place and that the people would love everything.
With that Ron made arrangements to get the box of Prayer cards and Medals to my house where I
sent it to the Daughters of the Cross Sister Candidates in Rourkela Orissa India.
It took two months for the box to arrive but everything arrived safe.

Dear Ron and Carol
A big “Thank You” for the gifts of holy articles-medals,pictures and holy books which were gifted to the Candidates of the Daughters of the Cross in Rourkela. About 30 of them. They are all young girls who wish to become Nuns in our Congregation. They come from different regions and backgrounds. They have to be taught basic Catechism and given instruction in Faith. They have to learn to pray in English. So your books are of great help for them to learn prayers in English and develop devotion to everything sacred and holy. On behalf of them I express my gratitude to you Ron and Carol.
