Angels- School Sponsorships 2025 to 2026

Hi Everyone,

 

Today I write to you about the Children are Angels from Heaven School Sponsorship program for 2025 to 2026. 

 

It all started many years ago with 3 children in India, and over the years it has grown from 3 children to 5,  and then 10 children, to this past year where we sponsored 21 children to go to school every day, 20 in Orissa India and one in Kolkata India. Next year even more children are added and the total number of sponsored school children will be 23 children.

 

We sponsor children to go to a town or city school, as well as a rural village school.

 

It takes a lot of work to look after our program on both sides of the world. The Daughters of the Cross Sisters in India look after our Rourkela and Orissa Children and Mr Dibyendu Bhattacharya in Kolkata looks after our sponsorship there. Most of all 21 Families in the USA sponsor these children with the funds to go to school every day. 

 

Every student has a special reason for needing a sponsorship. Please understand that it is a private matter only between the School and the Sponsorship family in the USA.

 

What is required from the student is to go to school every day and try their best “A for Effort”   … as with any student going to school anywhere in the world. Sometimes the marks are good and sometimes they are not . What really counts is the children are going to school every day.

 

Going to a good school in India or anywhere else in the world can become very hard, especially in the 10th grade in India.

 

You are required to take a very important test, to align with your schooling future and what classes to take and where to go to school. I can not stress it enough to tell you how important this test is for the student. I am very proud to say all our 10th grade students passed the test and will move on to grade 11

 

In every country of the world Parents know that Education is the Key to a good life but many times to get that education there are roadblocks that have to be overcome such as funding and being accepted into a good school. 

 

There are over one billion people in India so job competition can be extremely hard, so again education when you are young is the key to it.

 

For now I would like to say a HUGE thank you to all our sponsorship Families for their continued support and I would also like to say a Thank You to our past sponsored families who also have supported our sponsorship program for the children over the years as well as Mr Bhattacharya and the Daughters of the Cross Sisters in India.

 

This past week I received a special DHL package from India with all the Letters, Report Cards and Photos of our School Students from Sister Sujata the Principal of St Joseph Convent School, who is working very hard and looking after everything. I sorted everything out and have made copies for my files and I have sent everything out by USPS to every family who sponsors a child. It will be in their mailbox very soon.
