About 4 months ago I was given many very special holy items from Claire. Claire is a very religious person and she told me that she wanted her special gifts (that she always treasured)  to go to a very special place and asked if I could take care of it for her.

 

Well it took some time but with help from The Daughters of the Cross Sisters in Rourkela India it all worked out GREAT…

 

Claire’s gifts were 3 big beautiful crucifixes along with many smaller ones and also many Rosary Beads and  other small Holy items.

 

I wanted to keep the holy items safe in transit as they would be traveling halfway around the world to a remote area so I added other donations with the Holy Items to keep them safe. 

 

I filled the box with your donated stuffed animals so they would protect the Holy items during air travel and rough roads during the long journey.  I also added used eyeglasses and a big bag of Hershey Chocolate Kisses for the Sisters.

Dear Mr.Ray, today I am trying to send a few pictures of the parcel that you sent us in India.

Sr.Mukta and one of the Didis from St.Joseph’s Convent School

 are opening the parcel and trying to short it out..

The Crosses are very special. So I thought of placing them in very appropriate place and to give to a very special couple.

1st cross is in the hall of Provincialate where priest dressed for Holy Mass, we didn’t have any cross there….Sr.Anupama was asking me to get one and I was looking for it to be special ..So I felt one cross would be best to place there.

2nd one you know them well Manas and Anupama

I felt this Cross will go to them where they will place in their house in special place and they teach their children about faith in Jesus Crucified.

3rd Cross in the special place that is Provincial’s main office of the Daughters of the Cross..

It looks beautiful. Other small crosses too are given to special people.

Mr.Ray I really couldn’t go out to give out the dolls as still we are having very hot weather. Few children have been given in the village .. Sr.Reshma’s village. The children look really happy.

Mr.Ray, thank you so much for everything …all things are good..Sisters enjoyed the chocolate sweets.
