Happy Holidays & Happy New Year
It’s hard to believe but here we are at the end of 2025 Celebrating Christmas and the many other holidays at this time of year like Hanukkah and Kwanzaa. They may all be on different timings of the month but one thing everyone in the world shares is a Happy New Year on Jan 1st 2026.
2025 was a very hard year for Angels with the passing of my good friend Steve Powers, The transfer of Sister Mary to Italy and also the transfer of Sister Shanti to Southern India. All 3 of them helped us help the poor in so many different ways. I miss all three of them very much. Sister Mary and Sister Shanti are still here and in time they will help us again with our work. My Friend Steve Powers is now gone Forever. I will always miss him and the thousands of hours he spent helping Children are Angels, helping the kids and looking after the facebook page. May Steve rest in peace until we meet again.
As all of you know, December is a very busy time for Children are Angels from Heaven. With all of your help I do my very best this time of year to try and help as many people that I can all over the world in some small way even if it’s just to bring a smile.
Our work is still in progress for Christmas and some of the work is not finished, but I will tell you a little about this year’s work.
With the help of two schools St John in Wellesley MA and St John in Boston with a Halloween candy drive I had so much candy this year I shipped it all over the USA in many boxes to Soup kitchens to Veterans Homes including Senior Centers and after school Youth Workshops. With the help of the US Post Office 7 big boxes of candy were sent to International countries, 2 boxes to Nepal, 2 boxes to Rourkela India and three boxes were sent to Eastern Ukraine. I am very proud to tell you for a fact that right now our candy is in Eastern Ukraine and is being given away as I write this mail.
I also sent a huge donation box to Nepal with the candy and used shoes and sandals along with some dolls. The box is now in Nepal on its way to the Sisters at a Convent to give to the children.
Locally we have bought many toys for Toys for Tots again, as well as a Secret Santa Program in a small town.
We also bought big tote bags for the Mothers of the children at Christmas in the City as well as helping children build GingerBread Houses with our donated Candy.
There is a lot more to all this but for now I wish Everyone a Happy Holiday whatever you Celebrate. For me it’s Christmas. Most of all I wish EVERYONE a Happy New year and hope for PEACE in Every country on Earth in 2026.
